This series of equipment integrates washing, filling, and sealing, suitable for the hot filling production of various fruit juice and tea beverages. At the same time, with a small amount of replacement parts, it can be used for the filling of pure water and mineral water.
Adopting advanced micro negative pressure gravity filling principle, the filling is fast, stable, and accurate. It is equipped with a complete material reflux system, which can also achieve independent gas return during reflux without contact with the material, reducing secondary pollution and oxidation of the material.

Product Characteristics

This function meets the technical requirements for hot filling below 95 ℃. The filling valve and material inlet and outlet pipelines have no sanitary dead corners, and are equipped with a CIP self-cleaning interface. Before sealing, there is a RO water flushing device for the bottle mouth to ensure that there is no mold on the bottle mouth. A magnetic torque type capping head is used to achieve the functions of gripping and capping. The tightening torque is infinitely adjustable, and it has a constant torque for sealing plastic caps.
The whole machine adopts advanced technologies such as human-machine interface touch screen control, PLC computer program control, and frequency converter control.
Equipped with automatic control of capping system, self cooperative detection of filling temperature, material high temperature alarm, low-temperature shutdown and automatic reflux, no bottle capping, waiting for missing bottles, and stopping for missing caps
