Technical Parameter

● This series of matched with the liquid pot strictly according with the 31st and 32nd clauses of GMP General Principles(1998 Revised Edition),and the design,manufacture and check & accept are according to the requirements of GB150-98and JB/T4735-97.
● Heat preservation material of the vessel adopted the high-temperature resistant and anti-aging polyurethane blister or pearl cotton.
● Joints adopted the intermational general ISO rapidly package chuck type,inner container adopted the imported stainless steel SUS316L or SUS304 manufacture,internal surface mirror is polished to Ra≤0.28 μm，and external sruface pollishing,mirror polish,sand blasting or cold-rolled nature-color surface polishing.All of them are according with GMP medical standard.
● The beater sealing adopted the imported the hygiene grade mechanical mixing sealing or magnetic force all-sealing mixing device,the mixing rotational speed can be selected.
● Nozzle is set with level gauge(static-pressure type,capacitance type,non-contact type,ultrasonic type and glass tube type),air respirator,thermoometer(digital display type or dial plate type),CIP cleaning mouth,optic mirror,blast-proof visual light,SIP sterilizhing mouth,liquid entrance-exit gate and sanitary manhole6. attach to send the relevant GMP verificcation data with the machine.(contain the material the report and buy a qualified certificate and verify outside form etc.)
● Volume Specification:100L-10000L or to be designed and manufactured according to the customers′catual requests.
